本文报导了吉林省15个市、县的40份蛋白质含量较高的野生大豆16种氨基酸的含量和变异系数及其与蛋白质、生育日数、株高、有效分枝、百粒重的相关系数;含硫氨基酸(蛋氨酸+胱氨酸)、蛋氨酸、胱氨酸、蛋白质间的相关系数。蛋氨酸和胱氨酸的含量最低,变异系数最大。蛋氨酸、胱氨酸与生育日数、株高、有效分枝、百粒重相关都不显著。含硫氨基酸(蛋氨酸+胱氨酸)、蛋氨酸和胱氨酸与蛋白质无相关;蛋氨酸与胱氨酸无相关;蛋氨酸和胱氨酸与含硫氨基酸总量呈极显著的正相关。
In this paper, the content and variation coefficient of 16 amino acids of wild soybean with high protein content in 15 cities and counties of Jilin Province were reported, and their correlation coefficients with protein, growth days, plant height, effective branches and 100 kernel weight were reported. Sulfur amino acids (methionine + cystine), methionine, cystine, protein correlation coefficient. Methionine and cystine content of the lowest, maximum coefficient of variation. Methionine, cystine and the number of birth days, plant height, effective branches, 100-weight correlation were not significant. There was no correlation between sulfur-containing amino acids (methionine and cystine), methionine and cystine and protein; methionine had no correlation with cystine; methionine and cystine had significant positive correlation with total sulfur-containing amino acids.
