广东省深圳市近日对城市规划标准与准则作出重大调整和修订,新的《深圳市城市规划标准与准则》已经深圳市政府批准并全面实施。新标准提高城市的绿地率,降低建筑的容积率。同时废止1997年实施的《深圳市城市规划标准与准则》。该标准首次统一了深圳市特区内外的规划标准,较大同度提高城市绿地率和绿化覆盖率,将全市的城市绿地率由40%提高到45%,城市绿化覆盖率指标确定为大于50%。将高层小区的容积率由3.2调低为2.8,高层组团的容积率由3.5调低为3.2(容积率即一个小区的总建筑面积与用地面积的比率)。
Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province recently made major adjustments and amendments to urban planning standards and guidelines. The new “Shenzhen Urban Planning Standards and Guidelines” has been approved by Shenzhen Municipal Government and fully implemented.
