目的观察血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻滞剂和利尿剂组合的复方制剂海捷亚在慢性心功能不全治疗中的疗效。方法所有患者在观察期间原抗心力衰竭(心衰)药物(洋地黄制剂,β受体阻滞剂,利尿剂)不变。治疗组(45例)口服海捷亚,每日1片;对照组(41例)口服依那普利20 mg,每日2次,治疗前后进行心功能评定、6 min步行试验(6MT)、心胸比、超声心动图检测。结果两组治疗12周后,心功能都有明显改善,且运动耐量明显提高,6 min步行试验最大步行距离增加,心胸比减少。超声心动图检测血流动力学均改善,LVEF升高,E/A升高。结论心力衰竭患者使用海捷亚有利于缓解心力衰竭症状,改善其收缩功能和舒张功能及预后,提高生活质量,且不良反应少。
Objective To observe the efficacy of the combination of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker and diuretic in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods All patients with primary anti-heart failure drugs (digitalis, beta-blockers, diuretics) remained unchanged during the observation period. The treatment group (45 cases) was orally treated with Hygeia, and the control group (41 cases) was given enalapril 20 mg orally twice a day for 6 months. The cardiac function was assessed before and 6 months after the treatment (6MT) Cardiothoracic ratio, echocardiography. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, heart function improved significantly and exercise tolerance increased significantly. The maximum walking distance in 6-min walking test increased and heart-chest ratio decreased. Echocardiography improved hemodynamics, increased LVEF and increased E / A. Conclusion The use of Haydenia in patients with heart failure is beneficial to relieve the symptoms of heart failure, improve its systolic and diastolic function and prognosis, and improve the quality of life with less adverse reactions.
