本文分析我院活动平板运动试验1 000例,心律失常发生率22.7%,性别间无明显差异,60岁以上随年龄增长其心律失常发生率随之增高。原有心律失常史,有高血压病、运动引起 ST 段下降≥0.2 mV 者异位搏动发生率明显增高,但运动引起异位搏动的严重程度和 ST 段下降的严重程度无明显相关关系。心律失常类型以室性异位搏动较房性异位搏动多见。运动引起交感神经张力增高,迷走神经机能降低和血循环中儿茶酚胺水平增高以及心率变化引起超速抑制是运动引起异位搏动的主要激发和调节因素。
This article analyzes the activities of our hospital treadmill exercise test of 1 000 cases, the incidence of arrhythmia 22.7%, no significant gender differences between the age of 60 over the age of arrhythmias increased. The history of arrhythmia, hypertension, movement caused by ST segment decreased ≥ 0.2 mV ectopic beating rate was significantly increased, but the severity of ectopic beating induced by exercise and the severity of ST segment no significant correlation. Arrhythmia type of ventricular ectopic beats more common than atrial ectopic beats. Exercise caused by increased sympathetic tone, decreased vagal function and blood levels of catecholamines and heart rate changes caused by speeding inhibition is the main motivation and regulation of ectopic beating caused by exercise.
