森林火灾与气象状况、季节变化有着极密切的关系。天气条件能决定近期潜在的火险程度。要做到以预防为主,就必须强调在防火期内对天气系统给予足够的重视。各气象站、哨、所在预测预报中除了对诸个气象因子进行测定外,还必须对天气形势图进行认真的分析。应研究火灾发生前的火险天气条件与发生火灾的当日天气状况来考虑,找出其火险天气的特点和规律,以利做出科学预报。 1.1983年4月27日东北各县森林火灾的分析从天气图(第一图)中可以
