传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)的中枢神经系统合并症的频度有很大差异(0.2~20%)。合并脑炎或其后遗症眼外肌麻痹、眼球震颤、辐调节障碍、偏盲等早为人所共知,也有合并癫痫和小脑症状的,但合并视物变形症(即“仙境中的阿丽丝”综合征)的尚未见报告。本综合征,1955年由Todd所命名且被认为是IM的应重视的初发症状之一。因视物大小、形态有变异得名。作者介绍了Copperman在6个月内见过的3例(18岁、女,17岁、女,9岁半、男)皆确诊为典型的IM,都伴有本综合征,并以此为主诉来院。视力
