在过去战斗的一年里,我们与地面站的同志们一起,先后完成了上海和北京卫星通讯地面站的改码任务,取得了两战两捷的胜利。这一胜利,粉碎了美帝对我国的政治诬蔑和经济敲诈,大长了无产阶级志气,大灭了帝、修、反的威风。这是普及、深入、持久地开展批林批孔运动的丰硕成果,是贯彻执行毛主席“独立自主、自力更生”方针的一曲凯歌！ 上海卫星通讯地面站整套设备是从美国引进的。其中,太平洋区各地面站之间的勤务电话、电报和电视,由计算机程序进行控制。为了扩大勤务通讯容量,七三年年底,美方提出,要把电话拔号码由二位改为三位,要求世界上所有地面站在七四年九月份之前做好一切准备工作。
