GLC参数与疏水参数相关性的研究

本文建立的GLC参数与疏水参数相关的二元回归数学模型,通过多方面的实验验证,均得到了肯定的结果。这为GLC参数代替疏水参数用于QSAR提供了一定的基础。

The binary regression mathematical model related to the GLC parameters and hydrophobic parameters established in this paper has been verified by many experiments and has obtained positive results. This provides a basis for the use of GLC parameters instead of hydrophobic parameters for QSAR.
