本文报道了以不灌注低温保存方法对动物(狗)和人的带血管甲状腺-甲状旁腺分别连行处理。结果表明,经不灌洗低温保存48小时的带血管甲状腺-甲状旁腺,其形态,结构及功能均维持原有状态,为带血管甲状腺-甲状旁腺移植后的功能恢复提供了重要的参考资料。
This paper reports the continuous perfusion of animals with the thyroid gland - parathyroid glands of animals (dogs) and humans by non-perfusion cryopreservation. The results showed that the morphology, structure and function of the thyroid-parathyroid glands that had been preserved for 48 hours without lavage were preserved, which provided an important reference for the functional recovery after the thyroid-parathyroid gland transplantation data.
