江西省电力修配厂二车间广大职工,在广泛开展的技术革新活动中,通过对钢球手工浇铸工艺的调查分析及综合研究,先后制了两台电动浇包,节省了人力、提高了浇注质量、降低了浇铸工人的劳动强度。电动浇包用来配合圆盘机浇铸φ60毫米钢球。浇包由活动支架、固定支架、摇动机构、升降机构、前后移动机构、浇口杯、渣铁槽及电气系统等组成,其结构如图所示。
