新形势下烟草行业为适应中国进入进一步深化改革而对企业的战略发展结构进行了调整和完善,并从行业发展的角度出发对企业的管理环境开展了形式多样的创新的活动。随着经济一体化发展,大量的国外烟草企业进入到中国烟草市场,中国的烟草行业就要通过强化党建工作而实现跨越式发展。本论文针对如何做好新形势下烟草行业的党建工作展开研究。
Under the new situation, the tobacco industry adjusted and perfected the strategic development structure of enterprises in order to adapt to China’s further deepening of reform. From the perspective of industry development, the tobacco industry carried out various forms of innovative activities on the management environment of enterprises. With the development of economic integration, a large number of foreign tobacco companies enter the Chinese tobacco market, and the tobacco industry in China must achieve leapfrog development by strengthening party building. This thesis aims at how to do a good job in the tobacco industry under the new situation of party building work.
