文章以三亚学院教工太极拳健身俱乐部会员为研究对象,运用访谈法、文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对三亚学院教工太极拳锻炼会员锻炼坚持状况及影响因素进行调查,并对影响教工太极拳会员锻炼坚持性的因素进行因子分析,结果显示:只有将近1/3的教工能坚持锻炼,56岁以上的教工是坚持锻炼的主体;约有1/2的教工在太极拳锻炼初始阶段会选择退出,其中35岁及以下教工占很大比例。影响教工太极拳锻炼坚持性的因子分别是:认知与参与因子、组织团体因子、身体状况因子、外部支持因子、兴趣与效果因子、锻炼氛围因子。其中参与习练因子是影响教工太极拳锻炼坚持性最直接、最主要的因子。
In this paper, the members of teaching staff of Taijiquan Fitness Club in Sanya University are taken as the research object. The interviews, literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics are used to investigate the persistence and influencing factors of teaching staff Taijiquan exercise members in Sanya University. Taijiquan members adhere to the factors of perseverance factor analysis, the results showed that: only nearly 1/3 of the workers can adhere to exercise, 56-year-old workers adhere to the main body; about 1/2 of the workers in the initial phase of Taijiquan exercise Will choose to quit, of which 35 years and below accounted for a large proportion of teachers. Factors that affect insist on Taijiquan perseverance are cognitive and participatory factors, organizational group factors, physical condition factors, external support factors, interest and effect factors, and exercise ambience factors. Among them, the participation factor is the most direct and the most important factor which affects instructors’ Taijiquan exercise.
