目的探讨新生儿高胆红素血症对心肌细胞的影响。方法选取新生儿高胆红素血症患儿44例作为观察组,同期足月健康新生儿20例为对照组,分别测定观察组治疗前后及对照组的心肌酶,并进行比较。结果观察组心肌酶各项指标高于对照组,治疗后下降,差异显著。结论新生儿高胆红素血症能导致心肌酶的升高,推测有不同程度的心肌损伤,此损伤可逆,及时治疗后可恢复正常。
Objective To investigate the effect of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia on cardiomyocytes. Methods 44 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia were selected as the observation group and 20 healthy newborn infants in the same period as the control group. The myocardial enzymes of the observation group before and after treatment and the control group were respectively measured and compared. Results The indexes of myocardial enzymes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and decreased significantly after treatment. Conclusion neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can lead to elevated myocardial enzymes, presumed to have varying degrees of myocardial damage, this injury reversible, timely treatment can return to normal.
