目的:探讨当归及其易混淆品鉴别的方法。方法:首先详细介绍正品当归与易混淆品的来源,性状鉴别,然后根据它们的特征表现以及薄层色谱,紫外吸收值等方法来鉴别当归和其易混淆品。结果:正品当归的薄层特征,紫外吸收特征与其易混淆品东当归、白术存在明显差异。结论:采用薄层色谱及紫外光谱的方法能够有效地鉴别当归及其易混淆品东当归和白术。
Objective: To explore the methods of identification of Angelica sinensis and its confusable products. Methods: Firstly, the origins and traits of authentic Chinese angelica and susceptible to confusion were introduced in detail, and then the Chinese angelica and its confusable products were identified according to their characteristics, thin-layer chromatography and ultraviolet absorption. RESULTS: The characteristics of thin layer of authentic Angelica sinensis and its UV absorption characteristics were significantly different from those of Dong Angelica and Atractylodes. Conclusion: The method of thin-layer chromatography and ultraviolet spectroscopy can effectively identify the Angelica sinensis and Atractylodes lucidum with its easily confused products.
