Whiteboard culture represents an open spirit, everyone’s thoughts can be written that period of time, any visit to the Microsoft Research Institute will be unable to sigh: “Here how there are so many white writing? ”Some guests sitting in our lounge, will be surprised to find that even the coffee table at hand can “ writing ”. Whiteboard culture is not my start-up in the Institute. As early as 1983, when I was a Ph.D. student at Carnegie Mellon University, Professor Ruidy had already discussed with me on the whiteboard. Many U.S. companies have whiteboards made of special materials that can be written with an ink pen and then easily erased. I think this is the best way for engineers to communicate.
