目的探讨积雪草水提液治疗高尿酸血症的可能作用机制。方法将48只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、苯溴马隆组、积雪草组,每组12只。除空白组外其余各组建立高尿酸血症大鼠模型,检测造模前后和给药7、14、21天各组大鼠血尿酸、尿尿酸浓度及24 h尿量,计算24 h尿酸总量。结果与空白组比较,造模后各组大鼠血尿酸、尿尿酸浓度、24 h尿酸总量均显著升高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,给药后各时间点苯溴马隆组和积雪草组血尿酸、尿尿酸浓度、24 h尿酸均明显降低;给药7天苯溴马隆组24 h尿量降低,积雪草组24 h尿量升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与苯溴马隆组比较,给药7天积雪草组血尿酸、24 h尿量升高,尿尿酸浓度、24 h尿酸总量降低(P<0.05)。结论积雪草水提液可降低高尿酸血症模型大鼠血尿酸、尿尿酸浓度及24 h尿酸总量,并增加24 h尿量,对尿酸代谢作用的影响是其治疗高尿酸血症的可能作用机制。
Objective To investigate the possible mechanism of action of Centella asiatica on hyperuricemia. Methods 48 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, benzbromarone group and Centella asiatica group, with 12 rats in each group. Except the blank group, the rats in the other groups were given hyperuricemia model. Serum uric acid, uric acid and urinary uric acid were measured before and after the model administration and at 7, 14 and 21 days after administration. the amount. Conclusions Centella asiatica aqueous extract can reduce serum uric acid, uric acid and uric acid concentrations and total 24-hour uric acid in rats with hyperuricemia and increase 24-hour urine output, and its effect on uric acid metabolism is its therapeutic effect on hyperuricemia Possible mechanism of action.
