采用烟气再循环调温的大型中间再热煤粉锅炉在部分负荷运行时,尽管为了维持额定再热汽温必须投入烟气再循环,并且随着负荷的继续降低要求相应地增大烟气再循环率,但由于烟气中的飞灰浓度不会因采用烟气再循环而增大,烟气流速也不会因有再循环烟气而超过锅炉满负荷运行时的流速,因此锅炉部分负荷运行投入再循环烟气时对流受热面的磨损速度必小于锅炉满负荷运行时的磨损速度。如果锅炉满负荷运行时的磨损速度不至于影响锅炉使用寿命和运行安全的话,那么,煤粉锅炉完全可以采用烟气再循环来调节再热汽温而不必担心其受热面的磨损会加剧的问题。
