坚持“三个代表”的要求 ,最根本的是要统一体现在不断实现人民群众的根本利益上。人民群众的利益 ,就是人民群众对创造历史的需求和对历史进步的期盼。中国共产党代表人民群众的根本利益 ,就是组织领导人民群众 ,认识自然 ,改造自然 ,认识社会 ,改造社会。主要包括两方面的内容 ,一是一切为了人民群众 ,二是一切依靠人民群众。要真正代表人民群众的根本利益 ,还必须明确区分出什么是人民群众的根本利益 ,什么是人民群众的一般利益 ,从而紧紧抓住人民群众的根本利益 ,代表人民群众的根本利益。在人民群众众多的利益关系中 ,明确分辨出人民群众的根本利益 ,从而代表人民群众的根本利益
