采购作为价值链四种辅助活动之一,对公司价值的创造要至关重要的作用。采购活动主要是与企业的供应商接触,不同的供应商管理模式下企业的采购管理模式也不同。本文,首先介绍了供应商管理的相关知识,包括供应商管理的概念及供应商管理的两种基本模式,其次从两方面分析了双赢管理模式的必要性,最后对A公司采购管理模式进行了一些探讨。
