目的探讨优质护理在减轻耳鼻喉部手术术后疼痛的应用效果。方法对我院2016年1月~12月期间的96例实施耳鼻喉部手术的患者进行资料回顾分析,将患者按入院就诊单的号码分为集数组48例和偶数组48例,奇数组患者仅接受临床基础护理,偶数组患者则在奇数组基础上实施优质护理,对比两组患者耳鼻喉部手术术后的疼痛程度以及对护理干预的满意度评价。结果偶数组患者的术后24h和72h的VAS评分及镇痛药物使用情况均显著低于奇数组,且对护理的满意度评价也显著高于奇数组,比较组间数据的差异性可显著存在统计意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能有效减轻耳鼻喉部手术的术后疼痛程度,可大大提升患者对护理的满意度评价,值得临床在进行护理工作时积极应用。
Objective To explore the application of quality nursing in reducing pain after otolaryngology and larynx surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 96 patients with otolaryngology and larynx surgery from January to December 2016 in our hospital. The patients were divided into 48 patients in the set and 48 patients in the even group according to the hospital admission number. Patients in the odd-numbered group Only basic clinical nursing was accepted. Even patients in the even group were given quality care based on the odd-numbered group. The degree of pain after otolaryngologic surgery and satisfaction with nursing intervention in both groups were compared. Results The VAS scores and the use of analgesic drugs at 24h and 72h after operation in even-numbered patients were significantly lower than those in odd-numbered patients, and the satisfaction ratings of nursing were significantly higher than those in odd-numbered patients. The differences in data between the two groups were significant Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing can effectively reduce post-operative pain in otolaryngology and larynx surgery, which can greatly improve the evaluation of patient satisfaction with nursing and is worthy of active application in nursing work.
