为利用点燃和火源概率的集成火险指数(IFDI)准确地监测和评估森林火险,应用中分辨率成像分光辐射谱仪(MODIS)和数字高程模型(DEM)数据,反演出可燃物预热能量(Qig)所需参数。通过计算得到Qig。考虑其在实际传递过程中的热量损失,得到与实际情况相符的点燃概率指数。由DEM计算得到地表粗糙度指数,结合人口密度指数,得到火源概率指数(FRPI)。利用上述2个指数组成IFDI。应用IFDI,研究分析黑龙江地区2004年全年火险和10月12日重大林火处的着火点前12天火险情况。结果表明:随着火灾发生日期的接近,IFDI升高,即可根据IFDI对森林火险实施预警。
In order to accurately monitor and evaluate forest fire hazards by using Integrated Fire Risk Index (IFDI) of ignition and fire probability, MODIS and DEM data were used to predict the preheat energy of combustibles (Qig) required parameters.
