以尿素作共沉淀剂使硫酸氧钛溶液和Fe_3O_4共同沉淀制备TiO_2/Fe_3O_4复合型光催化剂.比较不同条件下制备的复合物对罗丹明B的光降解效果.结果表明:20mL硫酸氧钛溶液,10g尿素,2.0g Fe_3O_4,得到铁含量为44.45%,TiO_2∶Fe_3O_4=1∶1.6(质量比)的催化剂催化性能较好.扫描电镜、X射线衍射、红外光谱和比表面分析表明:TiO_2在Fe_3O_4颗粒表面形成很好的包覆层.TiO_2/Fe_3O_4催化剂的光催化降解活性较好,光照时间60min,可使罗丹明B的降解率达95.02%.
TiO_2 / Fe_3O_4 composite photocatalyst was prepared by coprecipitating urea with Fe 3 O 4 and coprecipitating with urea.The photodegradation of rhodamine B by the complex prepared under different conditions was compared.The results showed that 20 mL titanyl sulfate solution, 10g urea and 2.0g Fe_3O_4, the catalyst with the iron content of 44.45% and TiO_2: Fe_3O_4 = 1: 1.6 (mass ratio) was obtained.The results of scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, infrared spectrum and specific surface analysis showed that the catalytic activity of TiO_2 in Fe_3O_4 The surface of the particles formed a good coating.The photocatalytic activity of TiO 2 / Fe 3 O 4 catalyst was better, and the photodegradation rate of rhodamine B reached 95.02% under light irradiation time 60 min.
