目的观察导乐陪伴分娩的临床护理效果。方法选取该院收治的阴式分娩临产妇68例,采用传统方式分娩的34例设为对照组,采用导乐陪伴分娩的34例设为观察组。比较两组总产程时间、产后2小时出血量及产妇对导乐师的满意度。结果观察组产程时间短于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,产妇对导乐师的满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导乐陪伴分娩有利于产妇缩短产程时间,减少产后出血量,提高产妇的护理满意度。
Objective To observe the clinical nursing effect of doula accompany childbirth. Methods Sixty-eight cases of vaginal delivery women admitted to our hospital were selected. The 34 cases delivered by traditional method were set as the control group, and 34 cases treated by dural delivery accompanied by delivery were selected as the observation group. The total duration of labor, the amount of bleeding after 2 hours and the satisfaction of maternal instructor were compared between the two groups. Results The duration of labor in observation group was shorter than that in control group, and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was less than that in control group. The satisfaction rate of maternal to lead musician was higher than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Dauphole accompany delivery is conducive to maternal shortening of labor time, reduce postpartum hemorrhage, improve maternal satisfaction with nursing.
