《语文学习》1989年10月号上刊登了柯广同志推荐的一张课堂教学评估表,该表分设教学设计、教学方法、教师素养、现场总体印象等四个项目,前三项各占30分,共含“评估因素”15栏,每栏占5分或10分,最后一项占10分。这张表是设计者花了好几个月时间反复修改而成的,的确比较成功,至少比我曾经收到过的一些评估表来得科学和周密。然而语文课型的丰富繁多,敦法百花齐放,要用一张统一的表来作出科学的评价,委实是一件难事。就这张评估表而言,仍有美中不足。这张表对课堂教学的诸因素作了分割,然而太
