分析了超长管内壁键削载荷波动,应用模糊控制技术开发出模糊控制器,实现了在线快速调整参数仿真曲线的比较,实际运行效果表明,切削载荷波动幅度大幅度降低,系统运行稳定可靠。
The paper analyzes the fluctuation of load and key load on the inner wall of the long tube and the fuzzy controller is developed by using the fuzzy control technology. The simulation results of the on-line rapid adjustment parameters are compared. The actual operation results show that the fluctuation of the cutting load is greatly reduced and the system is stable and reliable.
