目的探讨直肠前切除术中输尿管损伤的预防、诊断和治疗。方法对9例直肠前切除术中输尿管损伤患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果我院1998~2013年行直肠前切除术1494例,其中发生输尿管损伤9例,发生率为O.54%。结论预防直肠前切除术中输尿管损伤的关键是手术规范及术中细节的处理,术中及时发现输尿管损伤,并行早期手术修复可最大程度减少损伤程度。
Objective To investigate the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of ureteral injury in rectal resection. Methods The clinical data of 9 patients with ureteral injury during anterior resection of rectum were retrospectively analyzed. Results In our hospital from 1998 to 2013, 1,494 cases underwent anorectal resection, of which 9 cases occurred ureteral injury, the incidence rate was O.54%. Conclusion The key to preventing ureteral injury during anterior resection of rectum is the management of surgical specifications and intraoperative details. The timely detection of ureteral injury during operation and early surgical repair in parallel can minimize the degree of injury.
