1982年2月3日至5日,兴宁、五华两县的七个公社、二十一个大队,曾先后发生因灭白蚁药污染茨粉(地瓜淀粉),引起砷化物致集体或全家中毒事件,共计中毒人数405人。在我省砷化物引起的食物中毒也曾发生过,但由灭白蚁药污染食品引起中毒,发生范围如此之广,中毒人数如此之多,还是首次。为吸取教训,防止类似中毒事件的发生,我们将调查情况分析如下。
