安静和绚烂,朴实和华丽,这似乎是位于两个不同极端的风格,然而在吴海鹰的油画作品中,却能同时让人产生这样两种看似矛盾的视觉体验,既安静又绚烂,既朴实又华丽。吴海鹰的画是安静的,其之所以安静,从最直观的表现题材上来看,她的作品多以静物为主,但是这种安静又并不仅仅因为她的画多为静物。静物虽然顾名思义为静态的物,但更为不易的是从对静物的描摹表现之中,能展现出画者静如物般的心态,能让人从静物中得到静心的体会。这已然超越了画之技巧的层面,亦非画之题材所能预设,完全是画者先天特有的性格气质,以及后天养成的艺术品格和情调。
