自然灾害是人类共同关注的问题,千百年来一直是困扰农业生产,影响经济发展的重要因素。档案部门开发利用馆藏档案整理编辑出版反映本地自然灾害历史和规律的系统资料,对于防灾救灾和科学研究工作,无疑具有积极的参考借鉴意义。笔者曾参加《怀化千年自然灾害》一书的编辑工作,根据笔者体会,档案部门编辑自然灾害资料,应注意从以下三方面进行深入挖掘,以更好地实现其存史资政价值。
Natural disasters are a common concern of mankind and have been an important factor disturbing agricultural production and affecting economic development for thousands of years. The development and utilization of archives departments to organize and edit the collection and archiving of documents that reflect the history and laws of local natural disasters undoubtedly have a positive reference for disaster prevention and relief and scientific research. According to the author’s experience, the archives department should edit the data of natural disasters and pay attention to digging deeply from the following three aspects in order to better realize the value of its historical assets.
