咽结膜热是以发热、结合膜炎和咽炎为特征的一组疾病。常由腺病毒引起。多呈小规模爆发流行,多数报导与污染的游泳池水有关。有人指出水可能是引起爆发流行的一个共同原因,但直接从有关的游泳池水中分离到腺病毒极为少见。 1991年8月底至9月中旬,杭州钱江五金工具厂子弟学校爆发一起咽结膜热流行。约在半个月内,发病77例。经县、市卫生防疫站派员进行流行病学调查和临床资料的收集,采集有关标本进行病毒分离和血清学鉴定,证明是一起由游泳池水传播和腺病毒T型引起的咽结膜热爆发流行。现报导如下。
