研究了当前多媒体应用的特点与要求，并在多媒体系统的层次结构上引入ＱｏＳ管理机制，实现了ＱｏＳ承诺，ＱｏＳ协商，进入控制等功能，对实时多媒体应用进行动态的ＱｏＳ控制．
The characteristics and requirements of current multimedia applications are studied. The QoS management mechanism is introduced into the hierarchy of multimedia systems to realize the functions of QoS commitment, QoS negotiation and access control, and to dynamically control the QoS of real-time multimedia applications.
