本文报导３１９２例７～２５岁四川青少年和儿童口部１２项指标活体测量的均数，其中上唇皮肤高等３项属国内首次报道；全下唇高等７项指标在１４岁以前两性之间无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），１４岁以后性差显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）；口裂宽等８项指标两性的生长曲线均有１－２个增长高峰，两性的曲线有１－３次交叉，１２项测量数值均在１７－２３岁以后趋为稳定，提示临床医生在手术时应充分考虑性别因素和年龄因素。
