作者检查了36例视神经疾患病人在日常照明情况下的光栅视觉疲劳现象。给予适当色镜配戴可以维持他们的日常工作。病人和方法:9人(9只眼)无眼睛异常为正常对照组。年龄26岁至64岁,平均39岁。36人(42只眼)患有视神经疾病。年龄19岁至64岁,平均39岁。其中多发性硬化病2例、缺血性视神经病2例,中毒性视神经病1例,其余患者病因不明。通用视力表检查视力均在0.7以上。病人在恢复最佳视力后2个月内,检查光栅视觉疲劳现象。检查是使用He—Ne激光视觉干涉仪。仪器检查视野为4.75°。平均照明间隙为1500cd/m~2和250cd/m~2。光栅对照常数为0.9。常数等于Lmax-Lmin/Lmax+
