1 地形与气候概况尉氏县地处河南中部,西部为沙岗条洼,最高海拔125m,东部为黄河冲积平原,海拔一般60m 左右。尉氏属暖温带季风气候,四季分明,冷暖适中,年平均气温14.1°,年平均降雨量683mm,无霜期215d,植物生长期可达260d,土地肥沃,是国家商品粮生产基地。尉氏县人均水资源占有量236.9m~3,是全省人均440m~3的1/2,农田灌溉及人民生活主要靠开采地下水。
1 Topography and Climate Overview Weishi County is located in central Henan Province, the western part of the sand Kong depression, the highest elevation of 125m, the eastern part of the Yellow River alluvial plain, the elevation of about 60m. Weishi is a warm temperate monsoon climate, four seasons, moderately warm, the annual average temperature of 14.1 °, the average annual rainfall of 683mm, frost-free period of 215d, plant growth up to 260d, fertile land, is the national commodity grain production base. Weishu water resources per capita share of 236.9m ~ 3, the province’s per capita 440m ~ 3 1/2, farmland irrigation and people’s livelihood mainly rely on the exploitation of groundwater.
