柴油机油封渗漏油,不仅浪费油料,而且能造成机件磨损。我们把油封渗漏的常见原因归纳为以下几个方面。一、安装时,油封的弹簧跑出槽外在自紧油封的唇口内侧有一环形的油封弹簧,油封唇口内径略小于轴径。油封弹簧给予唇口适当的压力,使唇口紧压在轴上以保证油封正常封油作用。因此在装配油封时,油封的平面应与轴颈的轴心线相互垂直。油封倾斜装入后,油封弹簧易从槽内跑出来,结果导致油封渗漏、轴颈损坏。我们推荐图示圆锥形薄壁工具,先把油封推到轴颈上,然后用装油封工具平稳地把油封装入。二、装配油封前应先检查油封唇口附近是否有灰尘和铁屑为保证油封装上后不渗漏油,油封唇口的尖端应以正常的状态与轴颈接触。如果油封唇口与轴颈之间沾有灰尘、铁屑和粉末等异物,就会破坏油封唇口对轴颈的紧配合,引起渗漏(同时,铁屑和砂子是损伤
