背景资料●自2010年8月中央《2010～2020年干部教育培训改革纲要》出台后,湖北、湖南、河南、广西、山西等地相继出台贯彻纲要的《实施意见》,推出不少具有特色的改革措施。●今年3月1日,中央党校春季学期开学;3月2日,国家行政学院春季学期开学;3月20日,中国浦东干部学院、井冈山干部学院、延安干部学院春季学期开学,标志着今年全国干部教育培训拉开大幕。●8月中旬,胡锦涛总书记为全国干部培训科学发展主题案例教材撰写《序言》,指出干部教育培训必须紧扣科学发展这个主题和加快转变经济发展方式这条主线,联系实际创新路,加强培训求实效。
Background Information ● Since the introduction of the “Outline for the Reform of Education and Training for Cadres from 2010 to 2020” by the Central Government in August 2010, Hubei Province, Hunan Province, Henan Province, Guangxi Province and Shanxi Province have promulgated “Implementation Opinions” that have followed the outline and introduced many distinctive Reform measures. ● March 1 this year, the Spring Festival semester of the Central Party School; March 2, the spring semester of the National School of Administration started; March 20, China Pudong Cadre College, Jinggangshan cadre college, Yanan cadre college spring semester marks the beginning of this year Cadre education and training opened the curtain. ● In mid-August, General Secretary Hu Jintao wrote a “Preamble” for teaching material on the subject of scientific development for all cadres in the country.
