基于交通流理论,以随机过程分析为手段,从车辆和道路使用者对各种服务的需求周期性出发,讨论了不同类型服务高峰小时的成因,从机制上解释了服务区高峰小时停留率的形成模式,得出了服务区停车位数与服务区路网布局之间的定量关系,提供了实际路网的服务区停车位数计算方法,并通过算例与日本规范的计算方法进行比较。结果表明:提出的计算方法体现了服务设施间距等因素对服务区停车位数的影响,对服务区高峰小时停留率以及停车位规模计算方法进行了改进;计算结果与日本规范中的计算结果一致。
Based on the theory of traffic flow and stochastic process analysis, the causes of various types of service peak hours are discussed based on the cyclical demand of vehicles and road users for various services.
