1病例报告患者男,36岁,阵发性心前区闷痛1年,每次发作持续10min左右,与劳累有关,休息后可自行缓解,一直未诊治;于2009年5月18日因持续胸痛2h入院。既往有高血压病史10余年,最高血压为180/100mmHg,未服用降压药物;肾小管酸中毒病史1年,在家中间断补充钾片。入院查体:血压145/100
1 case report Male, 36 years old, paroxysmal anorexia boring pain for 1 year, each episode lasts about 10min, and exertion, after rest can relieve itself, has not been diagnosed and treated; on May 18, 2009 due to sustained Chest pain 2h admission. Past history of hypertension more than 10 years, the maximum blood pressure of 180 / 100mmHg, did not take antihypertensive drugs; renal tubular acidosis, a history of 1, discontinued at home potassium tablets. Admission examination: blood pressure 145/100
