工学结合是高职教育适应新世纪社会发展对应用型人才的需要,是高职教育人才培养模式的显著特征,也是高职教育的核心理念。探索和实践工程结合的人才培养模式是新时期高职院校改革创新的重要内容。文章结合建筑工程专业教学改革实际,对高职建筑工程专业工学结合人才培养模式进行初步探讨。
The combination of work and study is the need of higher vocational education to adapt to the social development of application-oriented talents in the new century. It is not only the obvious characteristic of the training model of higher vocational education but also the core idea of higher vocational education. Exploring and Practicing the Talents Cultivation Model Combining with Engineering is an Important Content of Reform and Innovation in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Period. Combining with the actual teaching reform of construction engineering, this article carries out a preliminary discussion on the training mode of engineering and learning combined with vocational engineering in higher vocational education.
