本文研究了国际抗癌学会(UICC)的一些标准石棉样品(加拿大温石棉B,罗德西亚温石棉A,青石棉,铁石棉和直闪石)对成纤维细胞生长和DNA合成的影响。实验所用各种石棉纤维中直径<0.25μm,长度<20μm的约占92%。用温石棉10μg/ml与成纤维细胞一起培养时(与对照组相比)最初24小时出现细胞生长抑制,以后细胞增殖重新恢复,并呈指数式增长。本实验结果表明,上述的各种石棉纤维都具有促使成纤维细胞增殖的能力,温石棉B、A和青石棉活性最强,铁石棉、直闪石的活性次之。为进一步说明接触石棉对肺成纤维细胞
This article studies the effects of some of the standard asbestos samples from the International Society for Anti-Cancer (UICC) on chondroblast growth and DNA synthesis (Chrysotile B, Rhodesia chrysotile A, crocidolite, amosite, and amphiboles). The diameter of various asbestos fibers used in the experiments is less than 0.25μm, and the length of less than 20μm accounts for about 92%. When cultured with chrysotile 10 μg / ml with fibroblasts (compared to the control group), cell growth inhibition occurred in the first 24 hours, after which cell proliferation resumed and increased exponentially.
