对炭阳极弹性模量进行研究,可反馈阳极内部结构状态,有助于评价阳极的抗热震行为。本文选用先进的进口检测分析设备,采用静力学法和声频共振法,通过测定铝用炭阳极的静态和动态弹性模量,初步研究阳极弹性模量与其理化性能指标之间的关系。研究表明,阳极弹性模量与阳极物理性能和裂纹状态存在明显相关性。控制炭阳极的弹性模量,可以减轻阳极热脆行为及控制阳极的内部缺陷程度,有助于提高炭阳极在电解槽使用性能,改善电解铝操作环境。
Studying the carbon anode elastic modulus can feedback the internal structure of the anode and help to evaluate the thermal shock resistance of the anode. In this paper, the advanced imported testing and analyzing equipment is selected. By static and dynamic resonance method, the static and dynamic elastic modulus of carbon anode for aluminum are measured to study the relationship between anode elastic modulus and physical and chemical properties. Studies have shown that there is a clear correlation between the elastic modulus of the anode and the physical properties of the anode and the crack state. Controlling the elastic modulus of the carbon anode can reduce the hot embrittlement behavior of the anode and control the internal defects of the anode, which helps to improve the performance of the carbon anode in the electrolytic cell and improve the operating environment of the electrolytic aluminum.
