一、对环形电杆模型结构的调查预应力混凝土环形电杆是重要的建材制品,在我国水电、铁路部门有着较广泛的用途。目前生产环形电杆的工厂,已发展到全国的各个地区。仅以铁路部门的5个工厂统计,每年的产量就达10多万根。我国预应力混凝土电杆的生产,是在生产普通混凝土电杆的基础上发展起来的。就电杆模型结构而言,多半是把普通混凝土电杆成型用的模型,采取加强模型结构刚度的办法来限制模型承受钢筋张拉力的作用所产生的较大变形。由于没有对模型实际受外荷载作用所产生的变形进行系统的分析和验算,当电杆模型需要投入大批量制造时,往往不能使模型结构达到经济合理的程度。

In terms of the structure of the electric pole model, most of the models used for forming the ordinary concrete poles adopt the method of strengthening the rigidity of the model structure to limit the larger deformation caused by the effect of the model tensile force. Since there is no systematic analysis and checking of the deformation caused by the actual load of the model, it is often impossible to make the model structure economically reasonable when the model of the electric pole needs to be put into mass production.
