我院自1949年7月至1954年7月五年中先后收治日本住血吸虫病350余例,我们分析其中246例,其余病例因病历记载不完全,因而未列入统计。早在1924年Faust氏及Meleney氏将人体血吸虫病的临床效程分为三个阶段:(1)自尾蚴侵入皮肤以至成虫发育成熟,这一阶段所表现的症状有发热、荨麻疹、局部浮肿等一系列过敏性反应症伏。(2)成虫排卵至肠壁发生肠粘膜病变,
