本文以试样分层织构定量技术为主要判断依据,研究了异步轧制各种工艺参数、速比、张力、形变量和退火温度对08Al钢冷轧板经退火后织构的影响。结果表明:异步轧制退火织构与普通轧制退火织构无本质的区别,但仍有其独特规律性。为得到尽可能多的{111}退火织构,文中在原冷轧工艺的基础上又推荐了一比较适宜的退火工艺。
In this paper, the quantitative determination of the layered structure of the sample was taken as the main criterion to study the effects of various parameters, speed ratio, tension, deformation and annealing temperature on the texture of 08Al cold-rolled steel after annealing. The results show that there is no essential difference between the annealed texture and the conventional rolled annealed texture, but there is still its unique regularity. In order to get as many {111} annealed texture as possible, a more suitable annealing process is recommended based on the original cold rolling process.
