利用三维造型软件Pro/EngineerWildfire对圆柱螺旋齿轮及其成形模具进行三维建模;采用带中心分流孔的坯料,使用有限元数值模拟软件Deform-3D对圆柱螺旋齿轮的冷精锻成形过程进行三维刚塑性有限元数值模拟,得到了载荷-行程曲线以及整个成形过程的应力、应变分布以及网格变化情况等;揭示了圆柱螺旋齿轮冷精锻成形过程金属的流动行为及变形力学特征,为圆柱螺旋齿轮冷精锻成形技术在工业生产中的应用提供有效参考。
The three-dimensional modeling of the cylindrical helical gear and its forming mold is carried out by using the Pro / EngineerWildfire software of three-dimensional modeling. By using the blank with the central perforating hole, the cold forging process of the cylindrical helical gear is performed using the finite element numerical simulation software Deform- Plastic finite element numerical simulation, the load-stroke curve and the stress and strain distribution of the whole forming process as well as the change of the grid are obtained. The metal flow behavior and deformation mechanics characteristics during the cold forging process of the cylindrical helical gear are revealed. Gear cold precision forging forming technology in industrial production applications provide an effective reference.
