农药作为农业生产中至关重要的生产资料,在防虫防灾方面具有重要作用。随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对绿色无公害食品的要求越来越严格,因此加强对基层农药市场的质量安全监管工作极其重要。当前,我国基层农药管理过程中存在诸多问题,如农药经营市场混乱、农药标签合格率低、农药安全事故频发,这些问题的存在严重影响农产品市场质量安全。基于此,立足于当前农药存在的问题,分析问题存在的原因,并提出基层农药管理的对策。

With the improvement of people’s living standards, people’s requirements for green and pollution-free foods are becoming more and more stringent. Therefore, it is extremely important to strengthen the quality and safety supervision over the pesticide markets at the grassroots level. At present, there are many problems in the management of grassroots pesticides in our country, such as chaotic pesticide market, low pass rate of pesticide labels and frequent occurrence of pesticide safety accidents. These problems seriously affect the quality and safety of agricultural products markets. Based on this, based on the current problems of pesticides, analyze the reasons for the existence of the problem and put forward grass-roots pesticide management countermeasures.
