知识已经成为企业首要的生产要素,知识创造支撑企业持续的创新。企业是知识要素的集合体和进行知识运用与创造的有机系统。企业知识运用与知识创造能力的差异性决定企业的异质性,协调企业知识分工、促进企业知识运用和知识创造成为企业的基本功能,构建共享心智模式是企业实现认知协调的主要方式。与不同类型知识创造相适宜的组织结构特征也不同,企业组织结构差异又与企业共享心智模式层面的内在依据相关。本文区分了企业知识创造的不同类型,反映企业知识创造与相关组织要素的内在关联以拓展对企业知识创造机制的理解。
Knowledge has become the company’s primary production factor, and knowledge creation supports the company’s continuous innovation. An enterprise is an aggregate of knowledge elements and an organic system for the use and creation of knowledge. The difference between the enterprise knowledge utilization and knowledge creation ability determines the heterogeneity of the enterprise, coordinates the enterprise knowledge division, promotes the enterprise knowledge utilization and knowledge creation to become the basic function of the enterprise, and constructing the shared mental model is the main way for the enterprise to achieve cognitive coordination. The organizational structure characteristics that are appropriate for different types of knowledge creation are also different. The difference in organizational structure of an enterprise is related to the internal basis of the sharing of mental models at the enterprise level. This paper distinguishes between different types of corporate knowledge creation and reflects the internal correlation between corporate knowledge creation and related organizational elements in order to expand the understanding of corporate knowledge creation mechanisms.
