近几年来,我国产业组织形态最为突出的变化是一大批企业集团的产生与发展。它符合我国经济振兴和社会生产力提高的要求。但是,企业集团的发展是一个渐进的过程,就我国目前的现状看,它还有待于逐步发展完善。国外企业集团发展的历史和我国一些大集团的发展趋势表明,企业集团向财团型经济技术一体化组织的过渡是一个不可逆转的方向。
In recent years, the most prominent change in the shape of China’s industrial organization is the emergence and development of a large number of enterprise groups. It is in line with China’s economic revitalization and social productivity requirements. However, the development of enterprise groups is a gradual process. According to the current situation in China, it still needs to be gradually developed and improved. The history of the development of foreign enterprise groups and the development trend of some large groups in China indicate that the transition of enterprise groups to financial group-based economic and technological integration organizations is an irreversible direction.
