143例急慢性根尖周炎分别采用碘酚或煤酚醛治疗，结果说明，碘酚对有瘘型根尖周炎有效率（82％）显著高于煤酚醛组（71％）（P＜0．05），对无瘘型根尖周炎两组有效率无显著差（81％、83％）。
143 cases of acute and chronic periapical periodontitis were treated with iodophenol or coal phenolic. The results showed that the effective rate (82%) of iodophenol for fovea type periapicalis was significantly higher than that of coal-phenolic group (71%) (P <0 .05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (81%, 83%).
