将谷氨酰胺与对甲苯磺酰氯缩合,经加热脱水环合,合成了抗瘤酮A10的类似物3—(p-甲基苯磺酰)氨基-2,6-哌啶二酮。采用X-射线单晶衍射研究了它的晶体和分子结构。

Condensation of glutamine with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride and dehydration cyclization to synthesize 3- (p-methylphenylsulfonyl) amino-2,6-piperidinedione, an analog of anti-tumor keton A10. Its crystal and molecular structure were studied by X-ray single crystal diffraction.
